"My association with State Farm started with introduction to the agent through a common friend who happen to be working at State Farm and he was instrumental to introduce me to Mr. Vipul Verma-the State Farm Insurance Agent-a professional advicer on the subject of Insurance but more so a wonderful human being.Now it is few years that I have continued my insurance requirments through State Farm-as I have satisfying experience as regards to my insurance requirments from time to time. Whenever I have called the agent's office my calls and query's have been answered quite professionally by the office staff-all credits must go to Mr. Vipul Verma as he must have set the standards of operation. Incidentally recently Mr. Vipul Verma himself called me to let me know the reduction in my insurance premium-indeed a great customer service from the Agent himself when a staff member could have called me for the information."
